A lot has been posted about checking in for a suite in Ft Lauderdale but not Miami.  Is there also a special entrance and lounge?  Can you board at anytime?

It'll depend on the terminal as to what sort of special check-in area there is, but there was one when I got on Summit in October. Look for a podium or sign for "The Retreat." The porter that took my luggage escorted me to where I needed to be.

Yes, it still is possible that you can check in at any time (after they open the terminal to arriving passengers and start checking in, of course).

I'm sure there may be others locations,  but the only port that was difficult for Suites was in Southampton.  When we arrived there was no organization and about 200+ people trying to get through Security.    Supposedly there was a different lane for Suites but it was past the crowd.     I asked a supervisor and she politely cleared  a path for us to go through security and then to the Suites Check-In line.

San Diego did a good job and had the Suites Processing upstairs in the New Terminal.
