Called RC to upgrade cabin - received new e-docs - but Royal App isn't updated

For those that have called RC to upgrade their cabin (vs RoyalUp), how long does it take RC to update the Royal App with your new cabin after you've upgraded?  I upgraded yesterday morning - and the e-docs now reflect the new cabin, but the Royal App does not.

Have tried logging out then logging back in.

Our upgrade was accepted over the phone and within five minutes it appeared on the app

That fixed it - thanks! (Though the app should refresh with any changes by itself, without requiring the user to log off and back on - but this is just my IT QA brain expecting this! )

RCI’s IT brain doesn’t work like yours.

Even when on the ship you often need to hit the refresh button for it to update.
