Favorite food/dining on Island Princess

For a light tone and something other than bad news....

I noticed that Island Princess doesn't have Alfredo's or an International Cafe.

Would you tell me some of your favorite foods, and where you prefer to eat them?

Thanks for asking. I'm curious as to the replies because we're booked on the Fire & Ice cruise in May and the lack of IC is a bit of a bummer.

We are thinking of booking the Fire and Ice cruise.  I am also wondering if some of the morning offerings from the international cafe are available elsewhere?  Specifically the almond croissant.

They have limited offerings at La Patisserie.  Otherwise, you have a large buffet with lots of open windows and such forward and you have a DR open for breakfast as well.

Likely at the buffet and also in the dining room.
