Cruise Cash

So my boss bought me $300 worth of cruise cash for my Christmas present for my trip on Magic in April.  My question is......Is it just like putting your credit card on file and being able to charge to that but it uses up the cruise cash first?  I am assuming it can be used for anything.

It goes to your Sail & Sign account, so it's good for any spending on board the ship....anything. Fun Shops, specialty dining, excursion, drinks, etc, etc, etc. But it's a use it or lose it affair. If you have any cruise cash left over at the end of the cruise, it goes away and you don't get to take it home with you.

The cruise cash will be used first on your S & S account.  As far as use it or lose it, go back on these forums and search for threads that talk about pulling cash from your S & S account via the casino cash out process (not saying I ever did this or not but interesting to read anyway 😏). Have fun on your cruise!

I get cash out from the casino because it's less expensive than using the ATM or getting money from the cage (3% charge I think). I put my sail and sign in a slot machine, put an amount in my player bank, spin a few times and then cash out to my player bank, then go up to the cage to close out my player bank.
