assistance on the pier

Has anyone been there lately and observed any kind of shuttle from the ship to the end of the pier?

I'm also wondering the same thing. Several in our party including me can't walk that far. 

Anyone been there lately?

Any info would be helpful

The shuttle was not running today while we were on the pier.  We left shortly after they allowed disembarkation which was at 1:00 PM.  No shuttle.  We returned about 4:30 PM and no shuttle.  I did see the shuttle there but it wasn’t running while we were walking off and back on.

We used it back in November. We had someone with us who had recent knee surgery, so it was great to have this option. Getting into and out of the shuttle took a little twisting, but they said it wasn't bad at all and it got them to the shops where they could stop and rest as they needed. It was a free shuttle with a tip jar that I noticed most of the passengers ignored. 🙄

It was running in January when we were there but you can not depend on it running from one week to the next.

We were on Regal in February. There was one trolley car at the most distant point of the pier and connected to nothing. On the way back, that car was gone.

No sign of any trolley but they sure could use it even with a small charge.

We were there last week, three ships at the pier, zero assistance for those that may have needed it. Disappointing that there was no trolley running.
