What are the closest beaches to cruise port?

We will be cruising on the Rotterdam 3/20/22 sailing, and our itinerary and hours got changed for Aruba and Curacao.  We were booked on the Curacao Beach Express, but now will be getting into Curacao at 2 p.m.  So we canceled that excursion through Holland. So now, we will just taxi to a local beach for an hour and a half or so.  What beaches are closest to the port, and approximately what is the taxi fare to each?

Mambo Beach Is probably about 3 miles from the  cruise terminal.

Ok we like to walk but that might be a little much.  Maybe we’d walk there & taxi back?

I would not suggest walking there from the port. 

If you are literally just looking to go swimming,  there is a local beach called Marichi right in Punda, it's a small beach with no facilities currently

Well a few bars/restaurants/local shops would be nice AND facilities are pretty high on the list.

In some sections yes, Madero Beach Club, Mood Beach and Cabana Beach
