Coupon question

We are cruising Symphony in September and will turn Diamond on the third cruise day. I know our benefits prob won’t kick in till the next cruise.I remember on past RC cruises we would get a coupon book/vouchers for buy one get one drink at promenade bar, Johnny rockets fee waived, special coffee, etc. Do they still offer this. Any certain Emerald benefits upon boarding. If I talk to Loyalty person could they approve Diamond benefits at cruises start

You won't receive the diamond benefits until your next cruise after the Symphony cruise.  They won't give you diamond benefits on the Symphony cruise.

 

You will receive a list of the benefits at your current level, which will be automatically loaded onto your seapass card.  Just mention each of them when you wish to redeem them.

In addition to the above...Your C&A level will be raised to D about a week after your Symphony cruise....just check your online account.

The coupon books di exist, but it seems only through TAs and they are not as plentiful as it seems in the past.

 

Our TA has gotten them for us for most cruises.
