Anniversary Champagne gift

My wife and I are sailing on Explorer OTS for our anniversary. 

 

I noticed a champagne and strawberry gift that you can have delivered to the cabin. The price is listed as "$129.99 Adult." 

 

Should I assume that it means $129 PER Adult?

I think that’s the price for the gift. I think adult refers to the gift has to be ordered/delivered to someone who is an adult per drinking age.

Every March when we cruise for our anniversary. Most agents even ask if you are celebrating something.

Yes! The "free" Champagne isn't really Champagne -- it's California Bubbly -- not bad but not Champagne. You can still come out ahead by bringing a bottle or real Champagne onboard, putting it on ice (ask your room steward for ice once onboard), then go up to the WJ get some free strawberries and try to find chocolate somewhere. Put the three together and you have the same package for $25 or less.
