Fingers crossed this applies to arrival by cruise as well. So far it just talks about land and air crossing. Should be more clarification at the press conference tomorrow.

For peace of mind, it's a good thing every passenger is tested negative before boarding the ship.

It is just a pain in the *ss when you need to do a test to fly in, and then another one to get on the ship. I suppose we could cancel our pre-cruise stay, but...
