Nieuw Amsterdam in Port Everglades March 19, 2021

It looks like @Scrapnana hadn't caught this but Nieuw Amsterdam is scheduled to be in port March 19 with a lot of other ships.  Arrival is 5:30am and departure is a bit uncertain.  It's a Soul Train charter and there no map but this is the schedule:

 

 

The port schedule shows a 4PM departure but note that the operators say 11:30 so we'll see what actually happens.  Also in port are Celebrity Reflection (4:15-17:30), Caribbean Princess(4:45-16:00), Allure of the Seas(5:15-17:00), and Celebrity Apex(6:15-16:00).  If Nieuw Amsterdam actually does stay until 11:30 there may be some last minute shuffling and drama as it will be difficult for reflection to get past Nieuw Amsterdam.

I don't think she realized there would be passengers.  I think she goes by:

which does not show a cruise.  In February 2 charters were postponed (Soul Train this week and Country Music next week)

and Kathi did not realize these were sailings with passengers.  It may still not be watching if it really does stay until 11:30 but we'll see.

 

On the last sailaway thread she did list the next sailaway as Rotterdam and Eurodam Sunday.

11:30 is well past my bed time. - on a ship - it is even earlier than my home time.
