eMed test - time of day?

Recommended Posts

Is my understanding correct that for a cruise departing on Saturday, I can take the proctored eMed test at any time beginning on Thursday or Friday; for a Sunday cruise, any time beginning on Friday or Saturday?

In other words, I don't half to wait until exactly 48 hours before departure, they're counting the "whole day"?

To clarify, it appears you can't take it earlier than midnight of the time zone in which the cruise departs. So let's say the cruise departs from Florida on a Saturday, you can't take the test prior to midnight EDT on Thursday.
