Fitness Center questions - help me maintain my workouts while sailing!

For the first time in my life, I have become diligent and devoted to exercise!  I would greatly appreciate answers to any/all of these questions:

1. Are there rowing machines?

2. Are there TRX bands available for general use or just for classes?

3. Are there spin bikes available for general use or just for classes?  I'd love to ride using the Peloton app!

4. What type of cleats do the spin bikes use?  Delta (Peloton-type) I hope!

OK, maybe I'm a little obsessed with this.  I promise that I will have a drink and a few desserts to compensate for the activity...

Thanks!

Depends on the ship but of the ones we have been on, here are my answers

I have not seen rowing machines

I have not seen bands, took a stretching class and we used towels

Spin bikes are only available during g the classes. Locked up at other times.

Don't know about the shoes.

I will say there are plenty of treadmills and stair climbers.  Usually 3 regular excerise bikes and usually 2 recumbent bikes.  Good stretching classes. And you can use the mats and floor area when there is not a class.  Also plenty of weights to use

My last cruise a couple months ago there were a couple of spin bikes. They were always in use. No clips and very disappointing. I have a Peloton and it wasn’t worth it to try and get a workout in. I used the treadmills instead. A few months back I went on a Celebrity cruise, they have Pelotons!!! They also have a fantastic gym. I wish Princess would update their equipment. Sailing on the Discovery in May, hoping the gym is better than my last cruise.

For Royal Class ships....

1. Yes.  There are two rowers for all to use.

2.  No TRX available outside the studio.

3.  No "Spin" / "Peloton" outside the studo.  The have two Expresso bikes in cardo section for all to use that ride associated to power (watts).  Better than Peloton in my view.  https://expresso.com/

4.  SPD cleats work with these bikes (not "Delta").  Straps also work for those without SPD.
