Casino Promotion question

I recently booked a discounted cruise that was to include a casino credit.  My question is--should it be listed on the travel summary (like the beverage pkg/tips/wifi are) or is it just automatically loaded to your medallion onboard?

It should be listed on your travel summary under special services.

Sometimes it's listed other times not. I've had it both ways. You can call the casino

number and ask them what they have listed. It's free casino money, you go to the

cashier on the ship, give your name, they have a list will check and will put it on your Medallion. 

if you choose the slots or give chips for the table games. Can't mix.

I would definitely save, and bring along on the cruise, any promotional materials you have regarding the credit. Every sailing there are people meeting with the casino hosts regarding missing promos.

When booking a casino deal we often ask that the confirmation be itemized, not every agent does it automatically. It  helps keep our bookings straight and keeps down any confusion that can occur with missing casino OBC or promotions.
