Cunard Survey

Yesterday,4/21/2022,  I received an E Mail survey form Cunard. Did anyone else get and complete the survey?

Yes every single time we have come back from a Cunard cruise.  Whether or not you get those depends on your settings for what you allow Cunard to send you. Also sometimes they are sent but end up in the spam folder in your email, so if that happens you need to make sure that those are 'unspammed' so that you will get them in the future.

The last time we cruised with Cunard was 2017. We are currently booked for the 2023 world cruise. The survey had questions about covid.

Did get the Survey also that day also. Normally we get one after a sailing but this one we got 5 months prior to our scheduled sailing.

There is a survey sent not long after making a booking, and a different survey sent very soon after completion of a voyage. It is worth doing both.

This one recent, distance from booking date, far from disembarkation of the sailing.

I never received a post-cruise survey. I was a bit disappointed, as there were a couple of crew I wanted to name for exceptional service.

We always participate on the onboard survey but rarely get the at home survey post sailing.

I thought that the onboard surveys were discontinued a few years ago. If you phone Cunard they will be able to change your 'communications' settings so that you do get sent the post-voyage questionnaire links. It is also possible to do that when logged in to My Cunard.
