Are Masks still required onboard?

Realize rules are changing with fewer Covid cases and wonder what the policy is onboard Hurtigruten ships re wearing masks.  In which areas of the ship are they required?  Our sailing isn't until end of May, so hoping mask requirements will either be gone completely or significantly reduced.  One can only hope.

And we are hoping the mask requirement stays in place for all indoor areas except when eating or drinking.  It's about showing concern for other people.  Vaccines only protect a person from getting seriously ill with Covid; they do not prevent you from carrying the virus and giving it to others.

Depends on whether it is the Norwegispan Coastal Voyage or Expedition Voyages..  

There are very different requirements.  As the Norwegian coastal route is part of the Norwegian infrastructure and publishes transport, they must follow the rules that apply domestically in Norway.  On the coastal route, no masks are required but it is still required for expedition voyages.

We are currently on a cruise of the Scottish Western Isles, starting and finishing in Greenock. "White" face masks are mandatory at all ties in public indoor areas, apart from when eating or drinking. Everyone is complying without complaint.
