Credit for cruise fully paid before cruise

Title is confusing but couldn't think of any other way to say it. We have a cruise booked for the end of August. I took transfers for to and from the ship. We paid the whole amount, then decided to fly in the day before, and cancelled the transfer to the port and booked a private Co so we wouldn't have to go back to airport to catch bus to port. That said we now have a $58 credit on the account, will they just put that as OBC or do I need to contact them? Credit has been there almost over a month now and it still is just showing as a credit.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to call them, but I figured it would come to that......Good thing I'm retired now and have nothing better to do but wait on hold for hours 🤣

I got through at noon Saturday in under 5 minutes.

Thanks....I'll try a couple of times this week, if that don't work then I'll try next saturday. I'm still 125 days out, so there's no real hurry. 😊
