Bottomless bubbles question

When you buy the bottomless bubbles before the cruise how do the bartenders know you purchased it? Do you get a sticker or something?

It shows up when they pull up your account. As of my last cruise in 2019, they also provided a sticker on the S&S card.

Ty. Our last cruise had a sticker on it as well but that was a long time ago. 
 

purchased a 12 pack of water and the bottomless bubbles for my wife. Got the water but no mention of the bottomless bubbles. Guess we’ll find out when she orders her first soda

No sticker anymore, they swipe your card and your picture shows up on their monitor  - and whatever drink package you purchased if you have one.
