Double logon on My Viking Journey

Have any of you noticed that MyVikingJourney seems to require you to login twice.

I go to the login page and enter my credentials and it responds with the login page again.  

I then login again and I am in.  This seems to happen consistently whether its on my iMac or my iPad.

Yes I have the same problem in the UK using my iPad mini.  My husband does not have the problem with his iPad.  I assumed it was my gremlins which follow me to everything technological that I use!   I’m so pleased to hear from you about this as I thought it was me.  Keep posting if you find out how to fix the problem.  It comes and goes but is usually the double login requirement.

We haven't noticed this issue on our Android devices.

Just logged in today with no problems.  Coincidence or has the problem been solved?  Keeping fingers crossed.

It’s been crazy for several days.  It was “locked for updates” when I tried to login on my phone but it opened on my laptop with no problem.  It was “down for maintenance” several times yesterday but my daughter was able to open on her end without difficulty,  Nothing appears to have changed throughout this process.

I use a Windows 11 laptop and don't have any issues.

No issues logging in with laptop with Windows, with iPad occasionally the need to log in twice
