If PALL can be Premium Package (presumably abbreviation of Premium Alcohol with an extra 'L'), I don't see why PALF can't be Premium Non-Alcoholic. It was probably called Alcohol Free years ago and they don't bother updating the codes.

 

The system obviously wants a 4 letter code and they come up with something that makes sense. A bit like Virgin Atlantic when they're having fun with their aircraft registration numbers: the aircraft called Miss Moneypenny is registered as G-VSPY, Bubbles was registered as G-VFIZ etc.
