Can you buy the comforters Carnival uses?

Wife loved the comforter and sheets on our cruise and wanted to know if you could purchase them online somewhere.

We purchased the pillows (from the website).  We've had them at least 2 years now and still love them.

My daughter also found where you can buy the same mattresses as Carnival uses.  I don't think she bookmarked it or anything, but if anyone is interested I'd imagine a bit of online searching could find it.  

 

And I'll have to agree that those comforters are nice.
