FCC for day spent in quarantine

We were given a letter stating that we will be given a FCC for the day my daughter was in quarantine due to gastro.

 

Has anyone received one for time spent in quarantine? How long did it take for it to be issued?

It is your choice as to whether they issue a prorated  FCC or a refund.  I had to make quite a few phone calls for my clients to get this as it was not automatic

Take the refund, Never take a FCC! Using ours has been a long drawn out nightmare.
