Ugaaucruisers Posted May 11, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 11, 2022 My husband and I will be sailing on our first B2B in the fall. Just curious…..what are some favorite things you like to do between cruises? How long does it take to disembark and embark? We will be staying in the same cabin and wondering if we need to stay out of the cabin until the “ all ready” announcement is made or can use it once we return after disembarking/embarking. All new to us. Thanks!

All new to us. Thanks! You will receive a detailed letter a day or two prior to TAD advising you of all the details specific for your cruise. Depending on the embarkation port, ship, mood of customs (😉) that day will determine if you are required to disembark or stay on the ship. Typically once you (all B2Bers) are done with the TAD process you are free to return to your stateroom. The fire doors to the staterooms will be closed but you are free to enter. Just remember to close the doors behind you. Usually there is a consecutive cruisers lunch held in the MDR. Not all B2B cruises are handled the same. Can change from cruise to cruise, ship to ship. gerelmx Posted May 11, 2022 #5 Share Posted May 11, 2022 (edited) At Miami you will need to disembark to show you Passport to Immigration officer, the B2B's group will be at a lounge and all together escorted to immigration, after that you will return to the ship. You will receive a invitation to a B2B meeting where you will receive the full instructions, transit pass, sometimes there is a raffle or beverage pack sale. peanut head Posted May 12, 2022 #7 Share Posted May 12, 2022 I, too, will be a B2B 1st timer and have a question. On the day of turnaround, can you order room service for lunch to avoid the crush at the limited dining venues?
