Waju Posted May 12, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 12, 2022 If three adults were to share a cabin is there any form of separation (curtain) between the bed and the sofa bed?
Waju Posted May 12, 2022 Author #2 Share Posted May 12, 2022 Just to add, I know there isn't when just two adults are in the cabin but I meant can one be added if three adults are sharing?

Only full curtain I know is is deluxe balcony on on Azura or Ventura. You can take metal hooks which attach to the ceiling and hang a shower curtain from them.
wowzz Posted May 12, 2022 #5 Share Posted May 12, 2022 There is a partial curtain in Arcadia balcony cabins, that stretches the length of the bed, so someone on the sofa bed is out of sight !
pete14 Posted May 12, 2022 #6 Share Posted May 12, 2022 (edited) Suites on some ships have curtains (inc Ventura and Azura), some others have bed and living areas separated by furniture (inc Iona and I think Britannia) and some including Arcadia have nothing. Three adults in a suite with the third person travelling free or at a low fare makes economic sense for cruisers who spend time in their cabin or on their balconies. purplesea Posted May 12, 2022 #7 Share Posted May 12, 2022 When we were on Britannia in a GE Grade cabin which didn't have a curtain between the sofa and the bed.
Pine Man Posted May 12, 2022 #8 Share Posted May 12, 2022 Going on Britannia next month in a DB cabin, which definitely has curtains between sofa and bed.
Waju Posted May 12, 2022 Author #9 Share Posted May 12, 2022 Thanks everyone for your replies - I don't have any cruise/ship in mind, it was just a thought. Perhaps pete14 has the best idea in that if the 3rd adult is free/cheap then a suite is an option.
Rare Megabear2 Posted May 12, 2022 #10 Share Posted May 12, 2022 (edited) Britannia deluxe cabins have a curtain to the seating area. There are also two television sets, one at each end. A few years back I was unwell with a serious ear infection and my husband was able to use the balcony end of the room and watch TV while I was asleep. To us, it is a no brainer.
