First time trying the alligator beignets they aren’t really beignets. They’re more like alligator nuggets or something. Alligator nuggets not an alligator’s nuggets. Two were pretty good. One was inedible. Total fat.

This dish was just as it was on glory. The ribs were very tender. Good. Again I liked the corn. Didn’t like the beans. The fries this time actually looked good. I stuck a fork in one and realized it wasn’t crispy at all. Undercooked. I didn’t bother trying it.

What if someone actually wanted to layout here at this time? Could boart come out here while I’m eating?

Lol.  Both Wednesday and Thursday nights there were people out on the lounge chairs.  I was wondering whether they were my dinner entertainment or I was theirs.

I wanted to try the Apple pie because it had the special carnival icon. It smelled really good. But my mom

makes a great Apple pie so it’s tough to impress

me with Apple pie. I just ate the apples and left the pie.

Left the pie crust I guess. I would think once the apples are gone it ceases being a pie and is now just a pie crust again.

Oh I went by RFP before the show. Talk about dead. I mean a lot of people don’t know it’s there and it’s a great space but they only use it for karaoke

It is in a very odd hard to find position on deck 4. Used to be the Robusto Cigar bar. Don't they have some music with alter ????

I mean, I'm not sure what else they expect. The smoking areas are always outside from what I've seen. At this point they're lucky that there is even a smoking area! Most places have gotten rid of them.

They were with us on the August 2021 cruise and could go to the Casino Bar for the occasional and have a drink and then the guys would go outside for the evening cigar but there was a bar located right their for them I guess not this time

Oh there was a captain announcement of a nourovirus  outbreak on the ship. Everyone needs to wash their hands.

Yup. There it is! Daughter completely missed Juneau, She was in her cabin all day throwing up and the other end too. She was able to cancel her $500+ helicopter excursion an hour before it was scheduled.

Apparently the magic words for day of cancels is "I'm throwing up". Didn't eat a thing all day and is using her cheers package to buy ginger ales. (Makes for very expensive sodas.) I feel so bad for her, but she seems to be taking it in stride. I hope it is short lived.

Casino smoking police were out in full force on our Splendor cruise two weeks ago. You can only smoke in the casino while actively playing.
