Tellus question

Have read on numerous posts about this customer service email address.  Can someone tell a V newbie -- 1 Ocean cruise -- how you found out about it.  I searched V website, and only found their "Contact Us" page for a submission.  Does that message go to Tellus?  Couldn't find any references to Tellus.  Thanks.

I found out about on a Roll Call for a cruise we were going on.

Tellus is a higher-level customer service, which in our experience, is similar to the World Cruise Desk, in that they have more experienced agents. I have never seen the address published anywhere. Only found out about it on Cruise Critic.
