Is a cabin on the bump ok?

Recommended Posts

Hi:

DH/I have a bump out for our B2B on Explorer in September and we can't wait.

I read that bump cabins are great since you have that "floating effect" when looking out from your balcony. Depending on where the cabin is located, the baloncy might be a little larger than the standard balcony cabin. It's close to the stairs/elevator which is a plus. Depending what deck you're on, most likely there won't be a lot of noise.

Go for it and enjoy!

Just had our first hump cabin on the AOS and loved it!

The location can't be beat (except maybe by the aft ;) ) We heard no noise whatsoever from the elevators or from the deck above us.

Enjoy your hump cabin, you made an excellent choice! :)

I'm interested to if anyone has stayed in 7318 or my parents have 9320 on the AOS?

Last year was our first RCI cruise and we had the aft family suite. Loved it! But this time less people are going and it's my honeymoon so we're trying these cabins.

Love to hear if anyone has stayed in them before and has pics!
