Portugal shuttles from the ports

Hello,

I'm booked on a P&O cruise to Portugal & Spain in October & want to try to understand (apart from the excursions you can buy) what (if any) shuttles P&O offer usually from the port of Leixões (Porto) and Lisbon from the ports into the cities?

We're probably looking to do a walking tour in Porto, so it might be better just to buy one of their excursions to do this to make it easier, but in Lisbon we're meeting some friends who live there so no need for a tour.

Thanks in advance for any help 🙂

No reall need for a shuttle in Lisbon, the ship docks within easy walking distance of the main tourist area.

In Porto you will need the shuttle to take you from the port to the Town centre which is a 30-40 minute drive.

The free shuttle drops you off near Starbucks about 1 mile from the promenade.

If you walk along the promenade past the big yellow building there is a big square which leads on to the main shopping street in Lisbon.

This was on our cruise on Iona in March.
