There is a new 3 day promotion and honestly, they are getting more and more complicated.  Maybe they ought to try something new.

One does need to be careful.  I went through steps to book a newly released Japan cruise and when I reached the end, it said the deposit was nonrefundable, even though I'd chosen the full price option with the Have it All -- not the "lowest price" option that I know is nonrefundable.

I'm going to play around with it again tomorrow when my brain is fresh, and maybe call my PCC, but I was so surprised, I just took a break.

You can either book nonrefundable with cancellation insurance or use an online big box TA that offers refundable option on this promo. It worked for me.
