Rotterdam SeaView Bar Question

On the June 5th sailing to Norway. Hoping to enjoy the fresh air without getting too cold. Are the overhead heaters working by the seaview bar? Hoping someone onboard can answer. TIA!

• @LaminatorThey are or busy working or sitting in the sun without mobile phone. I sent them a WhatsApp. And you will not believe this: my granddaughter (12 yrs; good eyes, notices everything) just answered:  in her opinion heaters were working under the "roof" of that bar.

Daughter confirmed what granddaughter said: "flat white beams/staves" and advised to choose your seat carefully.
