Does Oceana use dynamic pricing for excursions?

Basic answer is No dynamic pricing at O.

 

However, on the more exotic itineraries to locations with limited resources, the more popular (and often unusual) OS tours (and even some of the O Life options) sell out far in advance of the cruise. 
FWIW: I’ve see an occasional price difference between/among the excursions pdf, the web site and the blue book. But, sometimes it’s been slightly higher or lower when the time duration or description of the tour has changed.
