Status Match Timings?

Only booked today so sent off my proof of status with Carnival to get matched on MSC today. Any idea how long it takes? Will it be okay for my sailing on Friday?

There is no consistency as to how quickly, or if, they will respond. I submitted my request prior to my January cruise and had no response after 2 to 3 weeks, so I resubmitted it again and had approval in less than 24 hours.

What JT said.  Varies widely and first try may yield nothing but some have gotten in a day or two.

Yup. 
 

i submitted mine and got no response. People submitted after me and got it right away. I submitted on a Thursday. Got it approved the next Friday and sailed on Sunday. 
 

Even though I had it added to my  account when I boarded it wasn’t. And they had a hard time finding it (said they couldn’t). By the end of my cruise it was attached.

We applied to the Spanish site, I guess you did your application on the UK site, maybe that is the difference.

 

Good luck with it there are some bargains available at the moment so book first and then apply your membership number when you get it, the price will be adjusted accordingly

Yeah we'll be on MSC Virtuosa on Friday, then Pride in 2 weeks so very excited.
