I’m unaware of any ‘military service discount/credit’ being available when sailing Oceania.
What info have you read making you think otherwise?

I had read something I thought was from oceana but was from an online travel agency. It appears you are right. No military discount.

At one time the Princess, Royal Caribbean, Disney and Carnival offered discounts or additional incentives to our military and veterans. Not sure what the ‘after Covid’ policies are.
