Navybikermom Posted May 26, 2022 #3 Share Posted May 26, 2022 I had the same problem when I cruised in March. I finally called HAL and they told me to just keep trying. I did and it did finally work. I will keep trying, but won't lose sleep over it. Looking forward to my first Alaska and first HAL cruise 🙂 Now if I can just stop stressing over my COVID test, I have been studying like crazy and better pass... You should see a note at the top asking you to fill in the health questionnaire. Hope this helps. But as others have seen, it can be done at the terminal.
