Getting Visas

Booked back to back which will take us to Australia and New Zealand, both of which need Visas.  Went to the suggested site NCL sent us.  Filled out all the paperwork and tried taking the pictures.  Paid the fee. Every time (3 now) the pictures are turned down.  It is supposedly easy to do,, but having no luck.  Also the copies of our passport weren't what they wanted.  Just about ready to cancel the cruise just because we can't manage the Visa part.  Any suggestions?

leave ncl out of your equation, and try and contact the local australia and new zealand consulates in you city( or the closest ones to you) and see if they can help get you a visa

It quite clearly states that US citizens don't need a Visa but you will need an NZeTA.
