When we cruised on the Coral Princess in 2015, you use to be able to get out the front of the Coral Princess:

To get out to the front of the Coral you use to be able to get out on Deck 11 - Baja.

You walk all the way down to cabin B201 or B202 and go thought this door and one more door and then out to the front of the ship.

You could also get out the front on Deck 10 - Caribe.
You walk all the way down to C201 or C202 and and go thought two doors.

We were in Coral in Alaska in 2019. You could definitely get out the front on decks 9, 10 and 11 - just walk all the way forward and through the doors as kiwi-cruiser posted. I loved it out there!!! And all the aft decks, although they are more clearly marked on deck plans, and the promenade deck too.

Always wondered if the front decks could be accessed, seen them in photos, but never with  anybody on them. Pity there are no deck chairs or even seats of some sort.

The front decks are a great place when the ship goes into Milford Sound, or through the Panama or Suez Canal. Deck 11 is our favourite because, depending on the direction the ship is heading, there can be some shade from the Bridge that is directly above.

Thats a great tip, thanks, for the first time we are staying in the front section of the ship, so it will be a short walk. But sshhh don't tell anybody else.🤣

Not really. The "secret" forward decks on the Sun class were far from a secret, yet there was rarely more than 10 people there at any time. I don't think it is the lack of chairs, but the lack of bars.

Yes the bars do attract people to settle for more them 5 minutes.

Still if there were seats it'd be a great place to read a book, as long as the sun wasn't in the wrong position.

Thanks for the photos, very modern isn't it, the sun Class theatres were more intimate and cosy.

But this looks quite warm, and bright.
