Upload negative COVID test?

Are we supposed to upload a negative COVID test result or just bring it to the pier?

That’s correct. There is no mechanism to upload the test result. You can upload photos of your proof of vaccination card, but not the test results. You need to bring those with you to show at check-in, along with your vaccination card
