Clia # Question

If getting a certificate of recovery is it essential that the clia # be on the covid lab report or can the doctor write it in the certificate of recovery? Labcorp does not have the clia # in the results. Any help would be appreciated.

A simple title filtered search here or on another search engine would answer the great majority of questions - it's not just you. Using existing threads is a foreign concept to some.
