Two weeks till our cruise, no cabin assigned yet

We sail on the Discovery. We had a cabin assigned last week, but now it says cabin number not available. It looks like our sailing is going to have a lot of,passengers. 
i know many members say the cabin can be assigned all the way up to boarding. I found it odd to have a cabin number, then removed. We did book a BW category, balcony obstructed. Has this happened to others?

It could deal with sections being used for COVID or maybe a shift in areas. I wouldn't worry about it. I hope you get your cabin soon.

I'll just comment that we got one of the best upgrades with the shortest notice.  It was less than a week from cruising.

I usually book a guarantee cabin myself and have always gotten the assignment when I embark (this was on NCL). Half the time I got what I paid for, the other half the time I got a great room.
