Princess Covid onboard isolation credit

I was isolated onboard the Royal Princess for the last 3 days of my cruise. I have been home a month

today and have not had any credit or contact from Princess. I have sent 2 contact messages to them

and each time have had only the auto reply saying they have received my message. Has any one got

there onboard isolation credit? if so how long does it take?

While you might get a reply here from someone with a similar experience, your odds would be far better on the RCI board. I know that you posted previously on your less than happy time in isolation, but I've not seen a post from you on this follow-up issue.

Would also suggest you have your TA contact Princess on your behalf as they will always act as your advocate to resolve.  No personal experience in this particular example though, we have had other experiences where our TA found a quick resolution with the cruise line. This is one of the reasons we always use a TA for booking cruise or land holidays.  Good luck.
