Passenger Ticket Contract (US) New Clauses

Fuel Surcharge, Euro/USD Exchange Rate Surcharges, Air Surcharge.  These appear to be new.  Code Date: 3- 220413 (US).  Anyone have any information, other than what is stipulated in contract ?

Since I first cruised with Viking in 2018 there was a fuel surcharge clause in the contract - that Viking had the right to do so if necessary.   They haven't done so for any cruise.   Haven't read our current contract  yet.
