Does the Infinity have Xcerate internet?

Since the Infinity has not been "revolutionized", does any one know if the ship has Xcelerate rate internet or the old traditional internet speed.

To my knowledge all the ships have both.  

 

By the way they no longer call it Xcelerate and Surf.   I guess it caused so much confusion they now call it Basic and Premium. 

 

The speed difference is more of a metering system that only allow basic a certain amount of bandwidth.    As before speed will also be dependent on number of people using it simultaneously.
