You might get a general idea fleet wide when RCCL posts their quarterly SEC results in about a month. Otherwise you might get some reports of guest numbers on individual ships, which will get you a capacity % but not cabin % used.

My grandeur were pulled from the site but not completely full. They said full was 1950 and we were around 1900.

 

Crew was around 70% which imo was why they were pulled. Crew was stretched.
