Refund for Cancelled Excursion

Did anyone else experience the same problem that we had on a cruise on the Carnival Sunshine March 14-19, 2022?  We had purchased a shore excursion on Princess Cays, but Carnival cancelled.  We have received no refund, and Carnival agent is telling us they have no record of it?  This is unacceptable!

I agree what everyone else says, it would have been an on board credit. you should still be able to request a transcript of your sail n sign account and more than likely its on there as a refund. 🙂

And if you left the ship without getting it refunded back in cash and it's over $10, they'll send you a check in the mail. That's what they did to me when I forgot to get my overage refunded onboard. Not sure why they don't just auto refund it to the card on file, though. Royal Caribbean refunded back to my payment card the same day when they cancelled one of our excursions. Anyways, hope you get your refund!
