Question about the Fjords and glaciers of Spitsbergen

Has anyone done this itinerary? Has anyone done this cruise? Its rather expensive. Was it worth it?

 

The flight leaves from Paris. What time was it? Was it a charted flight? Who is the operator?

Did a Svalbard cruise in 2011 on Silversea. A spectacular destination and well worth visiting. Our stops were slightly different but we did go to a few of yours.

 

This itinerary looks nice as well. You're mainly on the west coast whereas we more or less circumnavigated Spitsbergen.

 

I have some pictures on my SmugMug page (link below), August 2011. One difference was that our charter flight w/ SS was from Oslo. I'm sure that Ponant does a nice job here as well.
