These new executive hires are based in New York and Seattle – more emphasis on North American customers?

I think so. The third pillar noted in the Hervé Gastinel interview I shared a couple of months ago spoke about Internationalization. Maybe these people will be able to push that agenda forward and harmonize the guest experience on board and on expeditions.

These folks seem much better qualified than when Ponant hired Edie Rodriguez, who had just been fired by Crystal, as Americas Brand Chairwoman and Corporate Special Advisor.  I don't know how long she lasted, because neither Ponant nor she ever posted a notice that she had left – in fact I can't locate any single thing she ever did for Ponant.  [She did many things for Crystal, all of them negative...]  Hopefully these three will be full-time and productive!
