It was never delivered. 😠 Just not good business. I get that cruise ships are under staffed, so maybe they ought to suspend the gift options until they are fully staffed. Waiting to hear back from them. I gave them all information, ship, sailing date, reservation number., cabin number, order number, name of person in cabin... This is not necessarily a COVID restart staff related thing - that was happening pre COVID as well. Bought the pkg, they were supposed to decorate the room while we were at dinner to surprise her. Came back - Nothing. I pre purchased Birthday decor for my Grandson who we brought on the trip to celebrate his 10th Birthday. No decorations ... an apology letter for the inconvenience. A reimbursement of the $39 to OBC. A Birthday Cake that was beautiful and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries which he loved .. I was ok with all that . I was disappointed that they didn't notify me that they were unable to fulfill my order so that I could have brought my own decorations . I was notified so many other times when I made changes to my booking or they emailed me of changes that they made like time changes to port arrivals and excursion times .
