Camp ocean not actually open

One of the main reasons for booking our aug 5th cruise and not finding a sitter for the little man, was so he could experience camp ocean for the first time. Well, just got off the phone with carnival to verify all our online check in stuff was done correctly and that we're good to go, they told us that all the youth programs are up and running except for camp ocean, even though there website and faqs page says they're all open. Not a huge deal for us to tote him around but may be to some people. Just a heads up.

What age is your kid? Camp ocean was open 5 and above until recently. I think they actually opened it back up 2 and up now.

He's 3 but the rep said camp ocean is not open for 4 below. We registered him just in case so fingers crossed.🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I’ve seen that it IS open under 5. So hopefully…

Unfortunately, the reps often have no idea. John Heald posted recently that Camp Ocean is open for 2+ and even more recently that they're even opening back up some Night Owls for under 2 for a fee again. They are not open all day long, but they're open.

Not a huge deal if they're not but fingers crossed. We really wanted little man to have this experience. Any chance you can share the link to Healds announcement about camp ocean?
