Need advice for Quebec City hotel and transport to port

We will be coming in late the night before our Holland America cruise from Quebec City.  I’m contemplating the comfort inn near the airport, or perhaps the Holiday inn express, or the Hampton inn. It seems like none of the hotels have an airport shuttle, is that correct?   Can someone advise me about hotels near the airport and the best transportation choice to and from the airport.  I bought HAL airport transfers.

TripAdvisor lists Four Hotels With Airport Shuttle.  I would verify directly on their websites whether they still do.
