I believe the itinerary of the TA will be the following. Not 100% confirmed, but most likely based on port bookings.

 

28th April - 12 Night Transatlantic (NY - Southampton)

(Cape Liberty - At Sea - At Sea - At Sea - At Sea - At Sea - At Sea - Funchal, Madeira - At Sea - At Sea - Cherbourg, France - Le Havre, France - Southampton)

Piraeus, Athens - Port Bookings (Correct as of 12/11/22)

Lots of RCCL bookings have been made here recently. I know we aren’t far off confirmed itineraries, but here’s the updated schedule anyway.

Also if you noticed Explorer goes on Saturdays from Ravenna instead of the succesful Sunday program of 2022 & 2023 that the company has.

Could be an extra ship added there? Adventure let's say? Or is it a too far-stretched scenario?

 

Hmmm RCL new terminal will open Spring 2024.... Hmmmm

Thanks! I’m hoping that Odyssey will do a unique, longer first sailing.  We are hoping to do a TA, then a longer cruise in Europe, Norway, Greek Isles or other itinerary.  Getting excited for the cruises to go on sale. 🙂

Me too! Interestingly, the random May Europe cruise that has been there all week disappeared... maybe that means they're working on the release??? One can only hope!

I hope so! Our first TA, and I’m really excited to throw money at RCI. 🤣

We can’t do a TA till we retire too….and this will be our first post-retirement vacation. 😁 Hope you have a great British Isles cruise!

We did TAs before retirement.   We just picked slightly shorter ones and often over holidays that we weren't working anyhow.  Such as the fall northern routes that leave in August and travel over labor day.

Few years ago was regular to be released each week at about 3am EST, fortunately I was in AZ instead of Michigan and up late when most people were in bed. At least releases were consistent back then. But even Pre-CV dates were delayed, most my last Cruises Booked last 10 yrs on the day they were released have been late as April, May and even couple in June

As teachers, there's no way we can take off for a TA. We go back in August, and go through mid June. Most of the TA's I've seen are in May and September/October. I plan to celebrate our retirement with a nice 25 or so day cruise from Vancouver to Australia!
