Help I’m confused

Just read Princess vax requirement for sailing from UK, am I reading correctly as far as an unvaccinated 8 year old that I would need to request an exemption? How do I go about this? 
Also booster required for 18 years and above? I’m fine it’s my sons dippy family and I’m not going to jump through hoops I’ll just take my daughter instead grrr I realize these are UK requirements and it’s fluid can change but not willing to gamble on a what if

Just call. All you have to ask is if the sailing has any space for exemptions.
